Open up a web browser and browse to www.goknights.us
Scroll down the page and on the left hand side under the Online Resources section, click on School Dude Login
Sign in with your full email address and your password
-NOTE- If you've forgotten your password for School Dude, click on the Forgot Password link below the password box and School Dude will email you with login info
On the Maint Request page in the top right hand corner of the page, click on the Application Links drop down arrow and select Incident
Click on the New Incident Tab
From there, fill out the following fields of information:
- Status - New Request
- Priority - Emergency, High, Medium
- Location - Elementary School, High School, Middle School
- Building
- Area
- Area (Room) Number
- Incident Description - Be as specific as possible
- Requester - Click the drop down box and select your name (Sorted by last name)
- First Name \ Last Name \ Email Address
The Submittal Password is Knights
Click on Submit
