The pump set up.
YIP Event (The George Foundation) 2/11/23
How many gpm is the pump producing?
We timed how long it took to fill up a 5 gallon bucket with the water from the pump.
OOPS - the 2 inch diameter hose needs to be very straight to not restrict flow.
We filled the bucket 3 times and used the average to come up with a flow rate of 41 gallons per minute (GPM).
Emptying the bucket was challenging.
Well, the hose isn't straight yet.
The ladies struggled to push the pump in the wheelbarrow up the pond's berm.

Brendan K.'s Eagle Scout Project
Every journey starts with a step. Sometimes the step is to go to plan B and accept the fact the original plan didn't go as expected.
Brendan hung in there when the trailer got stuck. Plan B included moving the bags manually.
Volunteers willing to walk with the bags to the site where they were needed.
Pitching in to get the bags off the trailer so we could eventually move it and the truck.
Stacy is going the distance. After this, we loaded bags in a pick up truck and drove them closer.

The truck & trailer got out of the hole ! Success at last. And, we can be closer to the place where the bags need to go.
Keep that gypsum moving!
