Eisenhower Band Parents and Students,
As we prepare to start the school year next week, we are excited to get back rolling with an everyday routine that includes our full band! A couple of quick notes.
Please review the Band Handbook. On the first page there are several important forms that all students need to complete. These include an excused absence form and health form that are due by August 31st. Please refer to Marching Band Dates for our Marching Season calendar and the Google Calendar for dates for the entire year. The google calendar can be synced with your personal calendar.
Several students have not paid for their marching shoes, gloves and band camp meals. As a reminder:
Drillmaster marching shoes (required for all students): $35
Marching Gloves (required depending on section): $5
Band Camp Meals (required if you ate at band camp): $35
All checks for the above should be made out to Eisenhower Instrumental Music Boosters.
Early next week I will email out a link for our Factory233 storefront that will have our available apparel to order. All purchasing for apparel items will go through that website.
We are still accepting any last down payments for our Spring 2022 San Antonio Trip. We are preparing to run some fundraisers soon to help students with these expenses. Please refer to Travel Form for more information. Checks for the trip should be made out to Eisenhower High School.
