Newsela

Newsela is used by many teachers in the high school and for many different subjects. All students have access to Newsela with their Go Cruisers account.

What is Newsela?

Newsela is a program used by Groveport Madison High School that provides all students with informational articles that are writen at their current reading level. This makes sure that all students are able to succeed when given readings.

Newsela provides readings at students individual reading levels and acts as a great practice tool to use at home!

How Can Newsela Help Students?

Newsela is a program that allows all students to read about the same topic and gain the same information by providing the same article at multiple reading levels. These differing levels allow all students to work at a pace that is appropriate for their current reading level.
