This Privacy Policy applies to the GoalSeek mobile application available for download within India only and is published in accordance with:

We collect Personal Information (as defined below) and Non-Personal Information when you register or set up an account with us on our App. This information includes:

Investment Information:

• Manual Entry: You can manually enter investment details like scheme name, investment type, investment date, and investment value.

• Automatic updates: You can connect your accounts on our App and you will automatically get available investment data.

Personal Information:

• Contact Information: mobile number, email address.

• Identity Information: name, date of birth, gender, Permanent Account Number (PAN), Aadhar details & e-KYC

• Financial Information: bank account details, billing address, payment-related details, payment method data, financial and investment advice, risk profile, liabilities information from credit aggregation portals like CRIF.

• Other Information: marital status, biometric data, nominee details.

User’s Financial Profile:

• We capture the user’s financial profile details such as income, expense, asset, liability, and insurance details using a third-party service provider after obtaining explicit consent from You.

Our Usage Of Your Information

We use the collected information to:

1. Create your account, verify your identity, and process your transactions.

2. Facilitate your requests with respect to our range of financial products and services. For example, organizing and aggregating your financial information, providing analytics, assessing risk profiles, and creating investment plans.
