Self-Introduction

     曾碩彥目前為臺北市立大學師資培育中心專任助理教授，曾擔任中學教師、主任、教育局課程督學、候用校長。學術專長為從學生觀點出發的教育研究，鑽研於Peter Woods、Howard S. Becker等學者的學生文化理論，亦開展學生聲音與觀點，應用於提升教師專業發展之研究。累積任教課程包括教育社會學、教育社會學研究（EMI）、課程教學議題及研究（EMI）、教學實習、班級經營。教育實務專長為學校行政、學校經營與管理、課程教學發展與設計。

      Shou-Yen, Tseng is currently an Assistant Professor at the Center for Teacher Education, University of Taipei. He previously served in secondary schools for over ten years, working as a secondary school teacher, department director, curriculum supervisor at the Bureau of Education, and successfully passed the examination for prospective school principal. 

      His academic expertise lies in educational research from students' perspectives, with in-depth studies of theories and methods from scholars such as Peter Woods and Howard S. Becker. In recent years, he has also focused on student voice and perspectives, applying them to research on enhancing teacher professional development. Teaching portfolio includes Sociology of Education, Sociology of Education Research (EMI), Curriculum and Instruction Issues and Research Approaches (EMI), Teaching Practicum, and Classroom Management. Practical expertise in education encompasses school administration, school management and operation, as well as curriculum and instruction development and design.
