The room type is divided into six-person and four-person rooms.

The rooms are all equipped with private bathroom, modem, wireless internet and personal wardrobe.

Each floor has washing & drying machines, Clothes Drying Room and water dispensers.

On the 9th, 11th and 12th floors, there is a simple cooking bar that provides accommodation for simple cooking.

On the 9th floor, there is a gym, lounge (with karaoke), and pool tables to provide students for leisure and entertainment.
