María Isabel Romero-Pérez es Graduada en Estudios Ingleses (2018), con un máster en Literatura y Lingüística Inglesas (especialidad en Literaturas en Lengua Inglesa) (2019), y Doctoranda del programa Lenguas, Textos y Contextos en el Departamento de Filologías Inglesa y Alemana de la Universidad de Granada. Actualmente es Profesora Sustituta Interina en la Universidad de Jaén.
Anteriormente, ha sido técnica de apoyo a la investigación (2021-2023) en el proyecto "The Restoration Comedy Project", de la Universidad de Sevilla, en el Departamento de Filología Inglesa (Literatura Inglesa y Norteamericana).

María Isabel Romero-Pérez holds a Bachelor's degree in English (2018), and a Master's Degree in English Literature and Linguistics (specialised in Literatures in English) (2019). She is currently a PhD Candidate of the Doctoral Programme Lenguas, Textos y Contextos (Languages, Texts and Contexts) in the Department of English and German Philologies at the University of Granada. She is currently a substitute lecturer at the University of Jaén.
Previously, she has been research support technician (2021-2023) in the research project: "The Restoration Comedy Project" of the University of Seville, in the Department of English Philology (English and North American Literature).
