Bio. 

María Isabel Romero-Pérez es doctoranda en el Departamento de Filologías Inglesa y Alemana de la Universidad de Granada. Actualmente, trabaja como profesora sustituta en la Universidad de Córdoba y como asistente editorial en Journal of Artistic Creation and Literary Research (JACLR). Obtuvo un Grado en Estudios Ingleses, y cursó un Máster en Literatura y Lingüística Inglesas (especialidad en Literaturas en Lengua Inglesa) por la Universidad de Granada. En 2023, ha realizado una estancia de investigación en The School of English, en Trinity College Dublin, The University of Dublin. 

Anteriormente trabajó como profesora sustituta interina en la Universidad de Jaén, y como técnica de apoyo a la investigación en el proyecto "The Restoration Comedy Project" de la Universidad de Sevilla, en el Departamento de Filología Inglesa (Literatura Inglesa y Norteamericana).

Short bio.

María Isabel Romero-Pérez is a PhD Candidate in the Department of English and German Philologies at the University of Granada. Currently, she is a substitute lecturer at the University of Córdoba, and Assistant Editor of the Journal of Artistic Creation and Literary Research (JACLR). She holds a BA degree in English Studies, and an MA degree in English Literature and Linguistics (specialized in Literatures in English) from the University of Granada. In 2023, she has been a visiting researcher in The School of English at Trinity College Dublin, The University of Dublin. 

Romero-Pérez has recently worked as substitute lecturer at the University of Jaén, and as research technician in "The Restoration Comedy Project" of the University of Seville in the Department of English Philology (English and North American Literature).
