Pei-Shan Hsieh received the Ph.D. degree in technology management from National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan in 2015. She is currently an assistant professor in the department of business administration, Tunghai University (THU). Prior to joining THU in 2018, Dr. Hsieh taught at the College of Management, Shenzhen University since 2016, and was a visiting scholar to University of Utah in 2012. In addition, she was an IBM Internship and involved in “Wellness-Centric Healthcare” initiated by IBM Research Collaboratory, Taiwan IBM Corporation during the period of her second year of the doctoral student. Her research works focus on service science, service innovation, service marketing, service management, and healthcare service policy and practice. Her major research approaches in dealing with these domain issues are case study and survey using theories such as Stakeholders Theory, Activity Theory, etc. Her research works have been published in Technovation, Journal of Service Science, Sport Management Review and conferences, such as HICSS, International Joint Conference on Service Science and Annual Conference of the Academy of Management.
