課程內涵著重在探討質譜儀的操作原理及應用實例。將介紹質譜儀的離子化方法、質量分析器構造、化學結構鑑定方式以及各種常用的質譜掃描模式。

Course Objectives and Contents
The content of the course focuses on the operation principle and application examples of mass spectrometer. The ionization method of mass spectrometer, mass analyzer structure, chemical structure identification method and various commonly used mass spectrometry scanning modes will be introduced.
