課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents)
介紹化學定量分析的原理與應用,配合實驗使學生熟悉化學分析基本操作流程,以具備未來解決化學分析問題的能力。
本課程目標在於幫助學生對分析化學原理有一個較完整的概念,及簡介如何將此原理應用於化學分析或其他相關領域,如生命科學等學科。本課程著重於傳統分析化學、統計分析化學等基本原理。除了提供學生分析化學領域內重要之化學知識、技術與應用,並期許學生建立科學實驗精度與準度的概念,以奠定日後修習儀器分析之基礎。本課程亦會配合相關之實務介紹,使學生初步瞭解各類儀器的基本原理與其於定量檢測之相關應用,以提升學生學習的興趣。

Course Objectives and Contents
Introduce the principles and applications of chemical quantitative analysis, and cooperate with experiments to familiarize students with the basic operation process of chemical analysis, so as to have the ability to solve chemical analysis problems in the future.
The objective of this course is to help students have a complete concept of the principles of analytical chemistry and how to apply them to chemical analysis or other related fields, such as life sciences. This course focuses on the basic principles of traditional analytical chemistry, statistical analytical chemistry, etc.In addition to providing students with important chemical knowledge, techniques and applications in the field of analytical chemistry, students are also expected to establish the concept of precision and accuracy of scientific experiments, so as to lay the foundation for future study of instrumental analysis. This course will also be accompanied by relevant practical introductions to enable students to have a preliminary understanding of the basic principles of various instruments and their related applications in quantitative detection, so as to enhance students' interest in learning.
