課程目標及內涵
配合物理化學的課程,培養學生熟練實驗的方法與技巧,籍以暸解理論與實驗的相關性。內容包括氣體的熱容量比例、溶解度與溫度的關係、純液體的蒸氣壓、十二烷基硫酸鈉臨界膠微粒濃度之測定、凝固點下降、固液系統之相圖、偏重量莫耳體積、三元相圖、溶液中的吸附及液體性質:黏度。

Prerequisites instruction:
You need to have studied or have studied physical chemistry at the same time.
Course Objectives and Contents
In conjunction with the physical chemistry course, students will be proficient in experimental methods and skills, so as to understand the correlation between theory and experiment. The content includes the heat capacity ratio of gas, the relationship between solubility and temperature, the vapor pressure of pure liquid, the determination of the critical gel particle concentration of sodium lauryl sulfate, the decrease in freezing point, the phase diagram of the solid-liquid system, the partial weight Mole volume, the ternary phase diagram, the adsorption in solution and the liquid property: viscosity.
