課程目標及內涵
生物化學 I 課程主要向學生教授生物大分子的結構、功能(包括: 蛋白質、脂類、核酸、醣) 以及相關的生物技術原理。
生物化學課程內涵:
藉由介紹生物大分子的結構、功能(包括: 蛋白質、脂類、核酸、醣) 以及相關的生物技術原理,充實學生們生物化學之專業知識,擴大未來應用之領域及培養生技產業之人才。

Course Objectives and Contents:
The Biochemistry I course teaches students the structure, function (including proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, sugars) and related biotechnology principles of biological macromolecules.
Biochemistry Course Connotation:
By introducing the structure, functions (including proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, sugars) and related biotechnology principles of biological macromolecules, students will enrich their professional knowledge of biochemistry, expand the field of future applications and cultivate talents in the biotechnology industry.
