課程目標及內涵
(1) 使學生熟悉藥物開發過程中所應用的生物分析化學方法
(2) 使學生瞭解藥物開發過程中所應用的生物分析化學之原理
(3) 引導學生探討生物分析化學及其應用。
(4) 使學生瞭解生物分析化學之應用、未來發展及就業市場。
(5) 與生物科技相關的生活科技產業將是本世紀最重要的產業之一。此產業之研究、開發與生產的工作,將需要兼具生物化學分析知識、生物醫學基礎與產業製造技術三者專長的人才。本學程以提供目前基本分析化學與生物學領域的知識,而相關的技術發展及新的應用亦會詳細說明,期待提供有興趣的學子一個良好認識此產業及技術的入口。
預期效益: 學生將獲得以基礎的生物科技知識而進一步了解生物科技產品的實質內容
(1) 課程內容中簡介抗癌藥物,抗菌藥物..等藥物開發過程中所應用的生物分析化學方法及原理,以及生物分析化學方法之實際應用實例
(2) 本課程內涵涵蓋基本生物學,蛋白質學,分子生物學及抗體學, 將以易懂的方式將生物分析技術及生物科技新穎的知識融會貫通。

Course Objectives and Contents:
(1) To familiarize students with bioanalytical chemistry methods applied in the drug development process
(2) To enable students to understand the principles of bioanalytical chemistry applied in the drug development process
(3) Guide students to explore bioanalytical chemistry and its applications.
(4) To enable students to understand the applications, future development and job market of bioanalytical chemistry.
(5) The biotechnology-related lifestyle technology industry will be one of the most important industries of this century. The research, development and production of this industry will require talents with expertise in biochemical analysis, biomedical fundamentals and industrial manufacturing technology. This course provides the current knowledge in the field of basic analytical chemistry and biology, and the relevant technological developments and new applications will be explained in detail, hoping to provide interested students with a good understanding of this industry and technology.
Expected Benefits:
Students will gain a foundational knowledge of biotechnology to further understand the substance of biotechnology products (1) Course content introduction to anticancer drugs, antibacterial drugs: and other bioanalytical chemistry methods and principles applied in the drug development process, as well as practical application examples of bioanalytical chemical methods
(2) This course covers basic biology, protein science, molecular biology and antibody science, and will integrate the novel knowledge of bioanalytical technology and biotechnology in an easy-to-understand manner.
