The Unrestricted Sessions of NAML 2025 will take place at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine (3777 La Jolla Village Dr, San Diego, CA 92122 ).
There is a discounted group rate at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla for those interested in staying on-site. Deadline to book a room at the group rate is Monday, February 17.
The Restricted Sessions of NAML 2025 will take place at NIWC Pacific in Point Loma. The following are required to attend these sessions:
NAML 2025 Registration (we will not approve your visit request without this)
A SECRET clearance or higher
An approved visit request to NIWC Pacific
A CAC or DBIDS/METRO DBIDS
To meet the above requirements attendees must:
Submit a SECRET visit request via Defense Information System for Security (DISS) to SMO Code 660015 - H-66001-NAVY-SPAWARSYSCEN PACIFIC-00. Please include the following information for all requests submitted through DISS:

Purpose of visit: NAML Workshop
For visitors who do NOT possess an authorized credential, CAC, or DBIDS that matches the purpose of their visit, Commander Navy Region Southwest has implemented DBIDS procedures in order to conduct criminal history checks. This requires the completion of the SECNAV 5512/1 form.

All unvetted visitors must complete and sign the SECNAV 5512/1 form. The form cannot have an electronic signature, it must be a wet signature, therefore; print, fill out, scanned, and then sent via DoD SAFE. Number 14 is required; it will not be processed without. Due to CUI contained on the forms, all forms will need to be sent to the NIWC PAC Visitor Center via email at: NIWC_PAC_VisitRequest@US.NAVY.MIL, via DOD SAFE, or via password protected email. To use DOD SAFE (safe.apps.mil) first email the Visitor Center to ask them to request a drop-off from you.

Deadlines to meet registration requirements
SECNAV 5512/1 forms must be received no later than 27 January 2025. All visit requests must be received no later than 10 February 2025.

Coffee/Refreshments and Lunch are included in the cost of all Standard, Academic, and Student Registration types. Government attendees can purchase Coffee/Refreshments and/or Lunch as an add-on when registering.
There will be two refreshment breaks each day, which include coffee, tea, still water and chef's choice snack.
For lunch, a customized lunch box is offered that would include a sandwich, chips, cookie or apple, and bottle of water. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available.
Please come dressed in a business casual manner. Buildings will be air conditioned so a light sweater or jacket may be useful.
