Call for Abstracts
We are now accepting abstracts to the seventh annual workshop on Naval Applications of Machine Learning, which will be held in person March 21-23, 2023, in San Diego, California.
We are accepting proposals for the following:
Technical talks on completed or ongoing research or other projects
Technical posters
Sponsored exhibit booths
The workshop will be held at UCSD Park & Market in Downtown San Diego on Tuesday March 21 and Wednesday March 22, and at NIWC Pacific in Point Loma on Thursday March 23. There will be a registration fee (TBD) for attendance which will be waived for presenters and for government employees.
Presentations should be aimed at a general scientific audience. Format details subject to change.

Classification level
The first two days of the workshop will be held at the publicly releasable (DISTRIBUTION A) level, and attendance is unrestricted.
The third day is open only to SECRET-cleared individuals, and we will accept presentations at the CUI or SECRET level.
Everything submitted to the form linked above will be shared only with the government review team. If you must submit classified or controlled unclassified information, please fill out the form with as much detail as you can, and follow up with an email to naml@us.navy.mil.
Timeline

Abstract submissions open: Thursday, December 8, 2022
Registration open: Mid-February
Submissions accepted until: Monday, January 9, 2023
Decisions to authors: Friday, February 17, 2023
