Everyone has a different way to describe themselves and what they like to do. This survey lets you rate activities you enjoy, your personal qualities, and school subjects you like. Then you can see which career clusters are a match for your interests.

2.[What is a 「Workplace Core Competency Assessment」 survey?]

Workplace core competencies are the abilities required across different types of occupations, such as communication, interpersonal interaction, problem-solving, and innovation. This assessment helps you conduct a self-evaluation of your workplace core competencies.

[What will you learn?]

The results of the Workplace Core Competency Assessment can help you understand your level of proficiency in these competencies and identify your workplace strengths. Based on the results, you can set career goals and develop learning and action plans.
