Today is Wednesday, October 29, 2025. It is Day 4.
We are in Mi'kma'ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi'kmaq People. This land is governed by treaties first signed with the British Crown in 1726. We are so fortunate to live and learn here.
African Nova Scotian communities are intricately woven into the fabric of this province. For over 400 years, they have contributed to this province's cultural, economic, educational, and artistic landscape with a spirit of strength and resilience.
