PARENTS PLEASE NOTE >>>>>When you are completing popcorn and pizza forms, we need EXACT PAYMENT in either cash or cheque, made payable to Colby Village Elementary PTO. Payment and completed order forms MUST be sent in on or before the date requested on the form. Although this may seem like a minor detail, when you have volunteers coming in to count money, collecting orders, making up orders for the pizza, photocopying and organizing distribution lists, etc, the process moves along much faster and efficiently when our volunteers have exact payment and we only have to do it once.
