If you are a student and you would like to speak with someone for support outside of school hours, don’t forget about the Kids Help Phone at 1-800-668-6868. Whenever you need to talk they are open….24/7/365. Support is available online, by phone and they have a free chat app.


For individuals from ages 16-29 years a new mental health peer to peer support program, entitled, Togetherall has just been launched. It can be accessed at www.togetherall.com.


For families who are unable to access food from a local food program, Feed Nova Scotia’s COVID 19 Emergency Food Box Program is available. Call 211 weekdays between 8:00 ma and 8:00 pm to see if the program is a good fit for you.
