Late last half-term, a class of Year 9 science students took to Minet Park to put the knowledge they had learnt in class to the test. The topic they had been studying was water purification and this is what led to the question of testing the water purity in the local Minet Country Park.
Miss Guray: Hello! My name is Miss Guray, and I'm thrilled to be a part of GNSA's incredible science team. I studied Sociology and Criminology at RHUL and had the chance to conduct research with the Charity Jeena Foundation, which helps victims of domestic and immigration violence. My dissertation looked at the link between criminal behaviour and biology, with a particular focus on the genetics and neuroscience of criminals. I am an aspiring digital artist with a passion for portraying Sikh history and culture through paintings and animations and I hope to contribute my creative and energetic approach to GNSA!
