Refund Policy.
The sum of the refund depends on the cancellation date.
Two weeks before the class starts, a full refund.
After arrival and on the Wednesday of the first week, refund 2/3 of the tuition.
After the Wednesday of the first week, no refund.
For the first full-refund example, the Taiwan bank will charge a handling fee of about TW$420(the handling fee may change without a proactive notice) from the tuition fee for each refund. After the handling fee deduction, the remaining fees will be converted into your local currency and transferred back to your bank account. Your local bank may charge a certain amount of handling fee, but we don't know how much. The same rule applies to the second 2/3 refund instance.
