Authenticator App Support
If your MFA has been Reset:
Re-enrollment must be done from your work/school computer connected to the school network. Have your phone handy and connected to your data source or WIFI before you begin.
STEP 1: FROM YOUR PHONE
Download the *Microsoft Authenticator App to your phone from your App Store but do not configure it yet. (See the icon below)
STEP 2: FROM YOUR COMPUTER
Log into Microsoft Security to re-enroll using this link--> https://aka.ms/mfasetup
Log in using your full email address
Follow the on-screen prompts. You should be prompted to test the app as the last step. Be sure notifications are turned on for this app.
When you have successfully enrolled, go back to your security center and add an alternate method.
Be sure to check your authentication again from home.
*MFA authentication is needed to access your school email account outside the school network.

Phone or Number
Getting a new phone is a happy occasion but it will be necessary to have your MFA reset. Send an email to mfareset@gm.sbac.edu. You must copy your EA or sitetech on the request as they must confirm your identity.
