If your MFA has been Reset:
Enrollment must be done from your work/school computer connected to the school network. Have your phone handy and connected to your data source or WIFI before you begin.

Getting a new phone is a happy occasion but it will be necessary to have your MFA reset. Send an email to mfareset@gm.sbac.edu. You must copy your EA or sitetech on the request as they must confirm your identity.
