Important Deadlines for the End of Quarter and Semester

End of the Quarter/Semester

• All assignments/tests must be entered on or before the last day of the Assignment Entry Window to be calculated. Assignments entered after this date will not be calculated in the Quarter. (Scores may be entered during the Grading Window.)

Grading Entry Window

• All scores or grades for assignments must be entered in the Grading Entry Window.

• Scores and grades may be entered in the Assignment Window. Assignments cannot be entered for the previous Quarter--the scores will not count.

• Verify Grades, Conduct and Comments.

After New Quarter Begins

• If teachers need to change or add a grade due to extenuating circumstances, a Grade Change Request can be submitted through Skyward that will alert an administrator. Once the request is approved, the teacher will have a 2-hour window to make changes.
