Media Center Goal
The goal of the media specialist is to provide information literacy lessons and activities which are integrated with the instructional program in each of the kindergarten through fourth grade levels. The media specialist will work with the classroom teachers and communicate what and when these lessons will be taught.
Students will be able to locate, evaluate, and use (research). Lessons will reflect learning skills and problem solving using a variety of strategies and for a variety of sources accurately and ethically.
Our elementary media center serves the kindergarten through fourth grade students and teachers. Every class attends media lessons once a week. Students check out books during their media lesson. Ms. Ensminger
