STEP 6: AWAIT SD TECH'S RESPONSE
Once you have contacted SD Tech, wait for their answer and proceed with following any instructions they provide.
The “Main Computer” is the computer closest to room 32 for Oxford
When SD Tech “remotes in” they are actually taking over the main computer, you will see the mouse move and they will chat with you on the screen. You have to stay back on the main computer screen while they are attempting to fix.
YOU MAY STILL BE ABLE TO PROCESS CUSTOMERS WHILE THEY ARE REMOTING IN.
Ask the technician you are working it’s if it’s OK to send sessions through the main computer on OfflineUtility if it’s working.
They may ask you to restart the computer. It is mounted below the counter beside the drawer tower.
You may also be asked to restart the Tmax.
Tmax is located under the counter, beside the main computer.
The off/on switch is labeled on the side of the Tmax.
