PER-PERSON PRICE: $3,695 (double Occupancy)

The price includes:

• Accommodations for 8 nights in double occupancy rooms (single-occupancy may be available upon request at an additional cost)

• Breakfast daily

• All activities, excursions, and guided tours listed

• Reservations at top restaurants* 

• Advice and recommendations for self-guided activities

• Taxes and fees associated with activities and accommodations

The price DOES NOT include:

• Car rental or private transportation fees

• Parking fees 

• Costs associated with food and drinks at restaurants and bars*

• Winery tour, Laguardia tour, eclipse activities

• Any additional activities, services, meals, etc. not listed here 

• Personal purchases made by guests

• Travel Insurance (can be purchased through Global at Heart)

• Airfare

• Gratuities

• ETIAS (EU electronic travel authorization) registration fee

*Restaurant meals:

• Breakfast will be provided daily at the hotels

• Guests pay for snacks, lunch, and dinner unless otherwise noted

Payment and cancellation policy:

• 50% nonrefundable deposit is due immediately to secure the trip

• No reservations will be taken after December 1, 2025

• Remainder due January 15, 2026

• If trip is canceled on or before April 15, 2026, 50% of the total trip cost (less transaction fees) is refundable

• After April 15, 2026, no refunds will be given
