In science, 8th grade students started the year reviewing lab safety. They practiced lab safety with a mini lab on oobleck. Students also worked in groups to create Pasta Rovers as we introduced our unit on Space.

Last week, we began our Space unit by looking at our learning targets and essential questions. Students completed a webquest about gravity, and this week we continue to look at gravity and how it keeps our solar system together.
