Springman did a fantastic job at the Middle School Math Competition at Glenbrook South High School on April 21st! All of the students did an amazing job in the three rounds of competitions, and we had students place in the top three spots for the team contest and speed round! I’m so proud of all of the students that participated in this event!

We’re doing a terrific job in Chp 12: Surface Areas and Volumes of three-dimensional figures. Through different activities in class, students will discover the formulas all on their own! We’ll apply the concepts and formulas learned in class to interesting multi-step, real world problems. This is a relatively quick unit with an assessment on Friday, May 16th. Keep up the fabulous work!
