About Wellness Wednesday

Wellness Wednesdays were implemented for the 2020-21 School Year. Wellness Wednesdays were designed to be a time in the middle of the week that allowed for more intentional focus on mental health and wellness. Each month of 2020-21 had a wellness theme and numerous activities and/or psycho-educational information were created and shared with students and families for each Wellness Wednesday.
