This page has tools to support Administrator Coaches and Candidates during their Induction experience. Tools work best when downloaded as a Microsoft Word file (or Microsoft Excel for Scripting). If you open the document with Google Docs or Sheets, select "Make a Copy" under "File" to edit the document.
IIP TOOLS
DOP SELF ASSESSMENT
The DOP Self Assessment is used with the Descriptions of Practice (on the right). This is completed as an initial assessment and then updated following each inquiry.

The Descriptions of Practice by WestEd is used to complete the DOP Self Assessment.

The signature tool utilized during Induction is the IIP, or Individual Induction Plan.

This observation tool is completed by Coaches during Candidate observations. One tool is used for each program year.
