IEEE WCCI2024 Workshop on Computational Intelligence Applications

at PACIFICO Yokohama, Japan

Abstract

We discuss research related to computational intelligence, mainly evolutionary computation. Computational intelligence is attracting attention as a way to tackle complex and large-scale real-world problems and reduce human intervention. The objectives of this workshop are to share real-world applications using computational intelligence and their methodologies and intensively discuss topics that can be, cannot be, and should be done by computational intelligence. Although the main scope is evolutionary computation, other computational intelligence methodologies can be discussed in this workshop to advance the research in this domain further. Target presenters and audiences are practitioners addressing computational intelligence from industry and academia. Also, student presenters are highly welcome, and we will make this workshop the place to encourage their research activities.

The organizers will make the proceedings by collecting submitted papers. The proceedings are shared among the participants of this workshop. Note that the proceedings of this workshop is not included in the proceedings of WCCI2024.

Participants

Each participant in this workshop needs a registration for IEEE WCCI2024 since this workshop will be held as a part of IEEE WCCI2024. No additional fee is needed for this workshop.
