Independent Living Program (ILP)

ILP helps you prepare for an independent life! Get connected to an ILP Case Manager who can

help. To be referred to , ages 16-20 and a referral needs to be submitted by your Social Worker or Probation Officer.

Career Development Unit (CDU)

Services continue to be delivered via phone, email, and zoom

CDU helps with job search/job preparation including applications, resumes, job leads, and interview prep.

If you have been assigned an employment counselor, please contact them directly. If you need a referral for CDU services, contact your ILP Case Manager or the Hub.

Offers support and guidance with college and employment applications, financial aid, ad scholarships. Access to Pivotal coaches via phone, text, video for educational, career mentoring or information in the community.
