Why BeWell?

Regardless of industry, every employer is in the health care business and some experience costs that far exceed annual budgets. Starbucks, for example, spends more annually on health benefits than coffee beans, whereas General Motors spends more on them than on steel.

Gilbert Public Schools (GPS) is no different and over the years, health care costs have hit our budget, and often hit it hard.

That is why we created a prevention based health and wellness program built around three cornerstones of health we believe are essential for our employees to enjoy their life and their job to their fullest; physical, emotional and financial wellbeing.

In just two years, we have just under 1,000 employees actively engaged in our BeWell program and three large, corporate sponsors who align with our vision.
