How to best reach us
Because we will be working from home for the majority of the school closure, we will be best reached through our emails (kpopko@geth.org or rsinn@geth.org) or through Class Dojo. I will check my voicemail frequently.
A Message from your Teachers
Hello 3rd grade families!
I hope you are all well despite the trying times we're facing.
Welcome to our class website that I'm going to use to disperse information and eLearning while MN schools are closed.
The idea for this website is to give students access to all of the information that they need for their eLearning with as little parent intervention as possible. However, students may need some support until they can navigate the site.
Please bear with us as we are attempting to make the best possible learning situation for your student during this time.
Blessings,
Mrs. Popko and Mrs. Sinn
Remember to keep Growth Mindset!
A growth mindset, proposed by Stanford professor Carol Dweck in her book Mindset, describes people who believe that their success depends on time and effort. People with a growth mindset feel their skills and intelligence can be improved with effort and persistence. They embrace challenges, persist through obstacles, learn from criticism and seek out inspiration in others’ success.
