The healthcare industry offers students opportunities to work on challenging, complex problems that can impact people and society in a profound way. There is a wide variety of employers within healthcare -- including large pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life science companies; consulting firms; hospital and healthcare system administration; insurer/payer companies; and technology firms. A focus on mental health is growing and many industries intersect with the healthcare industry.
