Joanna Swirszcz is an experienced communications professional with over 11 years at the International Monetary Fund. Currently serving as an Internal Communications Officer, she previously worked in the Office of Innovation and Change, and the Global Partnerships Division of the Institute for Capacity Development. Joanna brings extensive expertise in internal communications, innovation, and global partnerships, contributing to IMF's mission of supporting inclusive growth and modernizing economic institutions.
