Bharatage Innovations Private Limited (herein referred to as the Company) is a Private Limited Company registered under the Companies act, 2013, having its registered office at 20, Okhla Phase III, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi, 110020.

The Company was incorporated on 28th October, 2022 and operates under brand name “GenWise”

The Company got registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser on 13th November, 2023 vide registration No. INA000018568 and registration is valid till perpetual. The company operates the Investment Advisory business through a separate and identifiable department  - "Bharatage Innovations Private Limited - Investment Advisors"

The details of the Directors are as follows:

Mr. Nehul Malhotra is a fintech expert with extensive experience in leadership roles at top organizations like Paytm and BharatPe. He focuses on innovative solutions for Senior Citizens. Nehul has a background in management consulting, a gold medalist from IIM, and a Bachelor's in Electronics & Communications. 

Mr. Rajat Jain is dedicated towards creating digital solutions for Senior Citizens and has a rich background in product leadership. He has held key roles at BharatPe, Khosla Labs, and Paytm, driving significant product innovations in lending, consumer products, and digital initiatives. Rajat's career also includes entrepreneurial ventures and consulting roles in finance and investment banking. He holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BBS from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies.

Mr. Geetanshu Singla is a Software Developer with an experience of over a decade. He has played a pivotal role in building India's largest payment platform ‘Paytm’, led engineering teams at BharatPe and Caroobi. His entrepreneurial background and tech proficiency underline his strong leadership and innovative approach. Geetanshu holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication.

1. GenWise is India’s largest online club for elders offering multiple services to Indian elders (51-75 years of age). Our app went live on playstore on 1st June 2023. Under the ambit of SEBI Registered Investment Adviser, GenWise offers below services:

   1. Advice on specific financial products such as Small Saving Instruments, Bank and NBFC deposits, Retail Debt, Insurance, Mutual Funds and Equity to our target segment (51-75 years of age) on the basis of customer objectives and risk appetite.

   2. We fetch customer financial details and analyze their financial health, risk appetite, savings acumen and passive income. Subsequent to analysis, we offer comprehensive investment advisory services to our customers.

There are no outstanding litigations or no disciplinary history against the Company and its Directors.

The Company is not registered with AMFI, IRDA or any other SEBI Intermediaries. Hence, there is no conflict of interest in the Company.

The Company and the Directors may have a holding position in the same financial products and securities which are subject matter of advice given to the clients. 

The Company shall provide execution services to advisory clients only through direct schemes /products in the market. Mr. Nehul Malhotra, Principal Officer and the person associated with the Investment Advice shall be responsible for providing implementation services. However, the Company will not receive any consideration for the execution services.  

The distribution business of the company shall be carried on through a separate identified department/division and shall be arm’s length with all the advisory clients. The compliance requirements for client level segregation will be followed by the Company at all times.
