Parent WAIVERS: If you do not receive the pre-filled waiver form, you can start with a blank form and complete it online.
Please enter the parent name and email (not the student) on the first screen that opens:
Waiver for Genone
Students: You are copied on the email about the waiver, but you do not have to do anything. Your parent receives a form for them to complete and electronically sign. It was sent via either email, text, or both to them, from "PandaDoc".
Please let them know this is important and required for you to fully participate in GenOne.
Parents: The GenOne waiver comes via email or text or both.
