為提供離職同仁有充裕的時間處理AS公務電子郵件,中心可協助辦理「中央研究院電子郵件帳號延用申請」。然而,社交工程攻擊日新月異,已對個人資料、財產、中研院系統等產生威脅,令人防不勝防,故訂定本辦法,請配合並遵守規定辦理。
預設以延用一次,一次至多三個月為限,若有特殊情況以個案處理,詳細辦法參閱以下說明。
首次(單次)延用
中心同仁於離職前,至中心 e-Form - 資訊類 - AS公務電子郵件延用,填單即可。
多次延用
離職人員請email至grcit@gate.sinica.edu.tw,並提供以下資訊:

延用期限:□一個月 □兩個月 □三個月
電子郵件延用後的登入方式
離職生效日起,登入方式會由FIDO改為google驗證方式,密碼重設通知將寄送至備用信箱,請依照信中說明重新設定一組密碼。
業務用帳號使用期限為1年,期滿可再申請延用;未申請延長者,於期滿自動關閉。直接由院方電子表單辦理延長申請即可。
To give departing colleagues enough time to manage their Academia Sinica (AS) official emails, GRC can help with the "Academia Sinica Email Account Extension Application." However, social engineering attacks are constantly evolving, posing threats to personal data, property, and AS systems. To counter these threats, we have established the following guidelines.
By default, an extension is granted once for a maximum of three months. Special cases will be handled individually. Please see the details below.
First Extension:
Before leaving, please fill out the "AS Email Extension" form in the e-Form system.
Multiple Extensions:
Email to grcit@gate.sinica.edu.tw with the following information:
Detailed reason for extension: Must be related to the GRC's core operations.

How to Log In After Email Extension
Effective from your departure date, the login method will change from FIDO to Google authentication. A password reset notification will be sent to your alternative email address. Please follow the instructions in that email to set a new password.
