中心目前使用的大圖輸出機規格為: HP DesignJet Z9+ 44吋海報機一台，位於5樓公共事務區。
可列印檔案格式 pptx、pdf、jpg、ai等檔案類型。避免格式變形或跑版.pdf格式為最佳。
版面限制：單邊最大列印長度為90公分，一般學術討論及研討會用的海報建議尺寸設為90*140公分。若超過200公分容易導致列印失敗。
服務時間：週一至週五，09:00-17:00。（不含午休與國定假日）
紙張類別：重磅圖層紙、高光紙、絲涓布

GRC provides a poster printing service using an HP DesignJet Z9+ 44-inch Poster Printer, located in the 5th-floor public affairs area.
Service Details:
Supported File Formats: We can print .pptx and .pdf.
Maximum Print Size: Posters can be up to 90 cm wide and 140 cm long.
Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (excluding lunch breaks and national holidays.).
Layout Restrictions: Your design layout must be within 90 cm wide and 140 cm long. Exceeding these dimensions will result in print failure.
Paper Types: We offer heavyweight coated paper, high-gloss paper, and satin fabric.
File Responsibility: Please ensure your files are accurate and that you have the necessary copyrights. We do not provide file modification or correction services.

若因內容有誤須重印，需重新再送件一次。
海報列印以先登錄者為優先列印，所有申請者均依先後登錄順序排隊依序由工作人員完成列印。
完成線上申請後，請耐心等候，工作人員完成列印後會由系統主動email通知。
完成的海報會置於5F助理區之辦公室隔屏面板上，申請人收到e-mail後請儘速直接取回，恕資訊組無法保管您的海報。
需視個人海報設計的內容而定，插入的圖片解析度太高或底圖顏色太深，均會影響列印的時間，以常用的高光紙90*140公分為例，自申請人檔案上成功後至列印完成並晾乾為止，平均一張需要２個小時

After successfully submitting your printing request, please wait patiently. e-Form will automatically send a completion notification to your email once your poster is printed.
Printing time varies depending on your poster's design. High-resolution images or very dark backgrounds can affect the printing duration. For example, a typical 90x140 cm poster on high-gloss paper takes an average of two hours from successful file upload to printing and drying completion.

分攤耗材費用以紙張用量及碳粉用量計算，實際紙張用量由印表機算出。參考值：緞面紙100*140公分的海報，秏材費用約為560元。
以上成本計算謹為參考用，實際需視海報板面設計的內容會影響碳粉的使用量。收費方式：每月底，資訊組提交統計報表與明細給庫房作費用分攤表並提供各實驗室印製明細表。
