• Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools is accepting School of Choice applications for students that live within Genesee County, but outside of the Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools district boundaries.

• All applications must be completed and submitted to Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools by January 20, 2023, including behavior reports for the 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23 school years. 

• NOTE: If you are applying for multiple students, you will need to complete this form multiple times. (One form for each individual child.)
