本ポリシーは、本サービス「現場監理アプリ」に適用されます。
当社が本サービス上に掲載する他の個人情報保護方針や利用規約の規定も併せて適用され、抵触する場合は本ポリシーが優先します。
本サービスと連携する外部サービス（以下「提携サービス等」）には本ポリシーは適用されず、各提供者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
This policy applies to the “Gemba Kanri App.”
Where other privacy policies or terms posted by us conflict with this policy, this policy prevails.
This policy does not apply to external partner services; those are governed by the providers’ policies.
(1) ユーザーが提供する情報 / Information provided by users
氏名、生年月日、住所、年齢、電話番号、メールアドレス、勤務先会社名、その他当社が指定する情報。
(2) 当社が収集する情報 / Information collected by us
端末ID、IPアドレス、端末位置情報、アクセスログ、Cookie、検索履歴、入力データ（テキスト・画像・動画）、および提携サービス等から取得する情報。

サービス提供および本人確認 / Service provision and identity verification
利用料の請求・決済 / Billing and payment
案内・問い合わせ対応 / Information and support
規約・ポリシー変更、停止・中止・解除等の通知 / Important notices

サービスの維持・改善、新サービスの検討 / Maintenance & improvement
利用状況の調査・分析 / Research & analytics
※利用目的は合理的範囲で変更される場合があり、その際は通知・掲示等で公表します。
Purposes may change within a reasonable scope; we will announce changes by notice or posting.
本人の同意なく個人データを第三者に提供しません。ただし、以下の場合を除きます：
委託、事業承継、特定者との共同利用（項目・範囲・責任者を通知済の場合）、法令に基づく場合。
We do not provide personal data to third parties without consent, except for outsourcing, business succession, joint use with notice, or when required by law.
当社が保有する個人データについて、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止等を請求できます（法令の定める例外あり）。
利用目的の通知・開示には 1件あたり1,000円 の手数料をいただきます。
You may request notification of purpose, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of your personal data (subject to legal exceptions). A handling fee of JPY 1,000 per request applies for notification/disclosure.
次の場合に変更することがあります：
変更がユーザーの利益に適合するとき
変更が契約目的に反せず合理的であるとき
変更内容は効力発生日の2週間前までに告知します。場合により同意を取得します。
We may change this policy if it benefits users or is reasonable and consistent with the agreement’s purpose. Changes will be announced at least two weeks before the effective date; consent may be obtained as needed.
