The school has been buzzing and has started at quite a pace. There is a lot happening this term and we wish our Grade 12s the very best for upcoming Trial Exams. 

Students have arrived back to find that the Space Lab in secondary is well underway, that the new sports area is being constructed and that new offices have been designed just opposite the finance department. We have an exciting program of capital development, including an increase to the size of the CP/DP lounge, more tennis provision, developments in inclusion spaces across the school and much more. I shall keep you updated. 

You will also know that one way we like to keep parents informed and knowledgeable on all things IB and GIS, is through our ‘ConnectEd’ sessions. It was therefore really pleasing this week to see that ConnectEd sessions have started and a really strong turnout of Grade 10 parents came to hear Ms Burcu and Mr Ged talking about the transition into Grade 11. 

I would like to welcome all the new students who have joined midyear and would ask our current students and parents to reach out to these students and families as you always do.
