Anyone can refer candidates, whether internal (current employees) or external (non-employees).
- Internal referrals must follow the guidelines outlined in the Regional Employee Referral Program Framework to qualify for the bonus.
- External referrals are eligible provided the referred candidate is hired and meets the bonus conditions.
Everyone is eligible to a referral bonus.
Except
Interviewers.
Hiring Managers.
Immediate Supervisors or Managers in the same function / project / team.
Individuals who have direct influence on the decision-making of hiring the candidate.
Everyone can be considered a potential referral candidate from you
Except
A current or past employee of Gear Inc. who left within the past 06 months.
The candidate has already applied for the same position and is listed in Gear Inc.’s database (as an existing applicant).
Is a family member, cohabiting member, romantic relations, business - commercial - or financial relations to you (only apply if the referrers are Gear Inc.'s employees).
Referral Bonus for Referrer:
Referral Bonus Amount: VND 3,000,000 per hire.
The Referral Bonus will be paid in three (3) installments, subject to the referred employee’s continued employment:
After 2 months of employment: VND 900,000.
After 6 months of employment: VND 900,000.
After 9 months of employment: VND 1,200,000.
The referrer must be an active employee at the time of each payout. (Only apply if the referrers are Gear Inc.'s employees).
The referred candidate must be successfully hired for the positions listed in Article 4.
If the referred employee resigns or is terminated before reaching a payout milestone, any unpaid bonus amounts will be forfeited.
The referral must be acknowledged by both the referrer and the referred person at the time of the referred person's application.
The referrer is open to all Vietnam Residents and those who live and work legally in Vietnam. Payment will be given after the nesting period.
The bonus will be paid out in the payroll following the completion of the period for the referred person.
In case of multiple referrals for the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer as per the company's records.
The company reserves the right to amend or terminate the referral bonus program at any time without prior notice.
To refer a candidate, fill out the Referral Program Google Form where everyone can just input details and will be integrated with the candidate’s details and submit it to the TA department.
Ensure that the referred candidate mentions your name as the referrer during the application process.
