NHMU is open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily and from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesdays. Onsite volunteer roles require orientation and training; please check with the Volunteer Coordinator or your supervisor about volunteering onsite. Volunteers may enter the building at the Group Entrance on the north side of the building on Level 2, open at 10:00 a.m. Please coordinate with your supervisor if you need to access the building outside of public hours.Â
Volunteers are welcome to visit the Museum as guests free of charge; we recommend reserving tickets in advance online.
