If your child does not remember their username and/or password, please call the help desk at 817-251-5629, leave a message and someone will call you back.
If your child's device is at school, each campus will coordinate a pick-up window for a parent to come to school and retrieve a student’s device (and, if applicable, charger).
If you do not have access to the internet at home, please contact the District by emailing technology@gcisd.net.
