Erin graduated from Texas Tech University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies. After working as an office manager for two years, she decided to get her Teacher's Certification. Erin worked as a Special Education Teacher in Carroll ISD, then joined GCISD in 2000. Erin taught first, second, and third-grade as a classroom teacher. She worked as an Instructional Coach with the Technology Team at the district level. Currently, Erin is the Assistant Principal at an elementary school in GCISD. Recently, Erin completed her Masters in Education Technology Leadership from Lamar University. When not working, Erin enjoys watching her boys play baseball, reading, or spending time with family.

I believe in building relationships, striving for balance, purposeful technology integration, and providing meaningful learning experiences. My goal is to support and inspire all learners to take risks, share ideas, and learn forward.
