World History is a survey course of the history of civilization which has evolved since early man. It includes prerequisite skills in the areas of social, economic, and political development, as well as the contributions of each major area of the world. Content selected will provide a basis for students to compare and analyze ways of life and patterns of culture, emphasizing both the diversity and commonality of mankind’s behavior. ARD/IEP Committee determination required.
